Your dashboard is where you update pages, photos, and posts. Here is how to find it, log in, and get your bearings the first time.

Log in in four steps.

  1. Go to your login page — Open a browser and add /wp-admin to the end of your site address — for example, yoursite.com/wp-admin. Bookmark it so it is one click away next time.
  2. Enter your details — Type the username (or email) and password from your welcome email. If you set a new password later, use that one instead.
  3. Select Log In — Check "Remember Me" on your own computer so you stay signed in. Skip it on shared or public machines.
  4. Land on the dashboard — You will arrive at the main dashboard screen, with the menu down the left side and your site name up top.

A few things that help.

  • Forgot your password? — Select "Lost your password?" on the login screen and we will email you a reset link. Check spam if it does not arrive in a few minutes.
  • Find your way back — To view your live site, hover your site name in the top-left and choose "Visit Site." To return, add /wp-admin again.
  • Stuck at the login? — If your details will not work or you never got a welcome email, reach out and we will get you back in fast.
