Every month we send a plain-language snapshot of how your site and marketing are doing. Here is what each section means and where to look first.

Read it in four steps.

  1. Open the summary — The top of the report is a short recap in everyday words: what went well last month and what we are working on next.
  2. Check the highlights — The numbers we track most — visits, leads or calls, and top pages — sit right under the summary so you see the headline at a glance.
  3. Compare the trend — Each figure shows the change from the prior month. Green is up, red is down; a steady line over time matters more than any single month.
  4. Read our notes — At the bottom we explain what the numbers mean for your business and what we recommend doing about it.

A few things to keep in mind.

  • One month is just one month — Traffic dips around holidays and slow seasons. Look at the three-month trend before reading too much into a single number.
  • Leads beat clicks — A busy month with no calls or form fills is not a win. We focus on the actions that grow your business, not vanity numbers.
  • Questions are welcome — If a section is unclear or a number surprises you, ask. We would rather walk you through it than have you guess.
