Sending us your copy, logos, and photos the right way keeps your project moving. Here is what to send, how to send it, and what happens next.
Get it to us in three steps.
- Gather your files — Pull together your copy, your logo, and any photos you want to use. Final text is best, but rough drafts are fine — we will help you polish it.
- Name them clearly — Use plain file names like home-page-copy or logo-full-color so we know what each one is. It saves a round of back-and-forth.
- Upload to your folder — Drop everything into the shared folder we set up for you, or email it to [email protected] if the files are small.
A few things that help.
- Best file types — Send logos as SVG, PNG, or PDF; photos as the largest JPG or PNG you have. Copy is easiest in Google Docs or Word.
- Use the real thing — High-resolution images and final wording look far better than screenshots or text pasted into an email. When in doubt, send the original.
- No rights, no problem — If you do not own photos for a section, tell us. We can source licensed images or shoot a plan with you.
